subdivide to smaller tracts, bring building plans to city council What was the outcome?

Otherwise its a pretty boring suburb with boring tract housing. 

The 100 acre tract had existing road frontage on 2 sides of 2 different roads and 1 side of a third road.  

OR, bring the buyer to the showing if I was familiar with the tract.

Upkeep of the homes on the street, and one block each way on the street.How burred inside a byzantinian tract of roads is it from the main road.Is there freeway or jet or railroad noise.Do the driveways have good cement in the area, or is it all fractured.Does the neighborhood look like a forest or can you see the houses from the road clearly. 

   #1 As a true first time home buyer you could be eligible for community bank/CRA loan programs that are based on  property census tract.   

. = C Area- Is it small houses or older tract homes anywhere in the north west quadrant of Columbus or outside I-270 (except the southern half of the city, which is kinda C-area)? 

The new LDC would automatically up-zone a huge number of tracts in the city and change the designations of developable land along a series of arteries to mixed use.

But if they have long (talking several years) overdue taxes on a tract that they would like to see developed, you may be able to negotiate.

To be zoned for mobile homes (zoning is MH I think) I believe the tract has to be at least 1.75acres.
