Seattle has exploded since I purchased  and that home has increased in value an incredible amount.

Rowan Uni has manifest destiny going on right now and the college is exploding in both student base and employees which makes the surrounding towns and excellent place to invest.

Specifically would love to talk further about any pockets of LI where individuals are seeing below-market opportunities that haven't completely exploded (yet) in price -- possibly anyone involved in student housing investments near some of the local universities; or even government-subsidized housing opportunities on the island. 

Pilsen was on the cusp of exploding in value Spring 2016 How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Not only that, but we can continue to grow our business’ and fluctuate as the market does and absolutely explode with growth!

Come to find they were not properly winterize and they exploded when it got really cold.

Austin has an exploding population and job growth, however, TX has some of the highest property taxes and insurance rates in the country which is a cash flow killer.

I was originally focused on three specific areas withing 1.5 hours of my location and then just recently kind of exploded in all directions... contacting a bunch of different realtors... it became extremely overwhelming extremely fast.

Growing up here as a teenager in the 90’s I would have never expected this place to explode population-wise like it has.  

As much as it hurts from an investor's point of view, some type of rent control or other means of keeping rents from exploding out of reach of the people we need to pay our rents and who can barely afford them anymore needs to be done.
