I don't believe any foul play is afoot, just a very enthusiastic and motivated loan officer.

Now, there are a lot of new outside investors who have no idea what they're doing -- but at least they do it enthusiastically.

@Jay Hinrichs They definitely differ on many metrics but I think Spokane could become like Bend - a destination for outdoors enthusiast and food/art connoisseurs alike.
