I never ever put drain cleaner down my drains.No, I don't snake between tenants, but I do run the water to check the faucets for drips and to make sure the drains are flowing like they should.I always fish the hair out of the tub and shower drains with a zip-it while I am in the house getting it ready to show.When a tenant calls me about a blocked drain, I will use a hose and bladder through the roof vent before I snake.

Yet I was a slum lord because there was dog hair in the carpet and the house was "filthy".He wanted me to replace all his groceries, have a hazzmat team disinfect the house, put him in a hotel, and pay for all his restaurant meals, because he thought he saw a mouse.

Think headphones, shoes, jewelry, make up, hair styles,etc. as the statement piece versus the pants, shirt,etc.The clothing space is over saturated currently.When I develop or my clients buy retail centers we focus on destination type tenants.

well how about  taking a metal cloths hanger and sticking it straight into the powerhead and taping it directly to the 220.. now thats crazy. cut water meteroff run garden hose directly to house with enough wasted water to create a draught.wife rents to this nice hair dresser who they pay like a slot machine.. next thing i know ATF is calling me the boy friend that moved in has shot and killed someone  ... and of course we all have the tenants that destroy your house..

I think the best option (by a hair) would be candidate #2 but I go with the first qualified applicant that put in a complete application because once you have a reasonably qualified pool of applicants you are really just guessing so I figure that way I avoid some of the bias inherent in these decisions.
