Been trying to soak in as much information as I can through the forum and books, currently reading "Hot to Invest in Real Estate", have read, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing", "Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth", "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and "The Book on Investing In RE with No (and low) Money Down".

I put alot of importance in reading, so I made them read classics at 1st, then mindset (think and grow rich etc) then financial acumen (rich dad etc) thankfully they all have w2 jobs so 401k match, roth etc. 2 are homeowners (don't want to be REI investors) but the last 1 is saving for REI investing.

This is an investment, not a get rich quick scheme… Compared to how much you can generate in the long run, the upfront investment to join is more than fair, if not a bit generous, in my opinion.
