Since rent is a "slow drip" so to speak it may a long time to make back all the out of pocket expenses it took to build the properties.

You may as well remotely manage yourself.

It may be a bit pricier do install that system but it’s going to be your only chance to upgrade the whole system so you may as well take advantage of that.

. ;)A series LLC is probably the best structure from an operations side as you can have many cells and all the cells don't have to be involved in a project, or, they may as each cell is a mini LLC within the series but using common tax returns, general bank account and operating agreement, with each cell accounting for its own business.

Look at the deals or you may as well just turn to an REIT if you really just want to take advice from bigger pockets people you've never met.
