Lawrence is a very tough market with high prices and hard to find cash flowing properties but Kansas City is a great market if you find the diamonds in the rough.

So it can happen, but not yet on any of the Diamond brand off the shelf cabinets we got from Lowes.

There is also one in RI and black diamond is always a great one to go to.

There seems to be "diamond in the rough" duplexes in these neighborhoods, which is really what I want.
