Moving the home to an LLC has pros and cons, I recommend chatting with BOTH a CPA and a lawyer to understand all of the implications.

The partner providers I work with also do the flipping work.It's true that some potential profit might be lost by letting them do it, but on the flip side you can use your time for your main work or relax.
