I know some realtors mainly work with investors and this would be suited for an investor. 

. - Brick or concrete for backyard - fence - update electric, heating/air system - new plumbing - repair entire exterior, paint or new stucco, remove siding in rear, add railing in front - new kitchen/bath - refinish floors - carpet in bedrooms - paint throughout - some walls, floors and ceilings need repair - extend/add room behind kitchen to add first floor laundry - new roof, windows- Currently 4/1, would add at least 1/2 bath on 1st floor to make it a 4bdr 1 1/2 bath or full bath for master suite to make it 3bdr/2bath - No finished basement, but want it cleaned up and painted - recessed lights - The layout on the 1st level will remain the same, with the exception of the extension for the 1st floor laundry and possible 1/2 bath.

My broker says wearing a full suit is best because it makes you stand out from others.

There are attorneys out there working with borrowers to find a loop hole in a lender's practices to file suit.  

The house I am currently flipping we did the kitchen in a grey which was different than the rest of the house.  

They're sending me to DC for big bank school, then need to buy a new suit to start with the big boys in the FiDi..

It has 2 acres and 18 variable sized suites each with its own fireplace and most with jacuzzi and/or sunken tubs.

I used credit hilton points to get a suite at the nicest hilton in Singapore :) it has paid for many great vacation rooms just for every day spending!
