Once someone parks your license you can join your local realtor organization (google "your county" realtor association) and you will see how to join.

@Jon Adams  First, I would put a phone number in the ad, using a Google Voice number pointing to voicemail.

I was able to google the second one you listed, but not the first.

My Google searches just haven't come up with what I'm looking for.

I saw photos and I did what I believe was full due diligence (i.e. assessor, tax collector, corelogic, google maps, trulia, realtor.com, altos, rentometer etc. to get a feel for the area.

Did a quick google on referral license, I couldn't find a definite definition, but reading, it sounds like you are employed bird-dog for a broker?

George and Gary are nice guys ,GOOD GUYS,,and I think there stuff is valid,,,I think their information and training is worthwhile,,,Having said that,,theres Lots of Stuff avaialble on a Google search for Hard Money Lending or Private Mortgage Training,,,I want to propose a question "Would you rather pay someone 8K grand to learn something about hard money lending or would u rather spend a little bit less checking stuff out chunk by chunk on the Net,,,,????

I actually include "BiggerPockets" in any search I do on google pertaining to real estate, because I trust the people on here more than anywhere else, and I know my questions have likely been asked before.
