When I was ready to mail I had 52 properties on the list so I got 100 blank postcards from amazon, 100 postcard stamps from the post office, a google voice phone number (free, which I set to display as the google voice number for all incoming calls and stored that number as "Property Leads"), and a virtual mailbox for a nearby return address.

I researched each of the individual properties using Google Maps street view.

But I just have the free google photo app that keeps all my pics on the cloud any way so thats not really worth it.

You can google their names to get their contact info. 

But I just didn't have the time to get proficient at it while at the same time starting up brand new construction of a 4-unit MFH in DTLA as well as take over all the landlording tasks.So, just as @Linda Weygant mentioned, I just set up two Google sheets, with the primary goal of making it easy for data entry on the fly.
