I say in about 11 or 12 months I'll start by this time I can work my negative credit score up from a scary mid 500 and have sum capital set aside to use as a down payment and for rehab.. just would like to be referd to a few good books pod cats YouTube videos etc..I'm currently attending the real estate meets here but they are once a month.

At very least, you should join Georgia REIA and Atlanta REIA.You should be attending as many monthly wholesaler networking events and meetups as you can.I wholesale and buy-and-hold here in Atlanta as well.
