Have you had any red flags in the process so far?

We are only selling completed homes with our own in house financing currently at 3.75%, a huge discount from most bank rates.We are a long time property provider for some of the bigger podcasters: Real Estate Guys Radio, Marco Santorelli (Norada), Kathy Fetke (RWN) Jason Hartman ( Empowerd Investor) GRE (Keith Weinhold), Whitecoat Investor Group and more We also work with American Homes for Rent, Invitation Homes, Crescent, Haven Realty (JP Morgan) to name a few on the institutional side We are partially owned as of 2022 by Sumitomom Forestry, which means we have no bank debt and self fund all our building projects.

After the novelty of owning a vacation rental wears off, it is a matter of the value of your time and interests.

I did all my other due diligence like asking for paystubs, W2s, Tax returns, Employment verification, bank statements etc etc and did not see any red flags overall.

I know in my area they can require it, and we are nowhere near as strict as NY. 

Now we are 16 years into it and have an 8 figure net worth.

I don't even mention interest.I did this recently and the guy picked the higher price with him carrying the mortgage for 5 years with no interest.Turns out a probate for one of his parents needed to be done so we are paying for this.

So we are in ownder occupied neighborhoods.
