Dealing with warranty service is a pain in any situation but when you also have to deal with a tenant on top its even worse.

I have known and worked with Matt for years.I have attended his training and hired him as a consultant.He is hands down the best at what he does.I have personally raised over $50 million for my hard money lending company.I am grateful for a lot of people who helping me with this success and Matt is at or near the top of that list.

Of course they would want additional appreciation on top of principal but any DST sponsor will tell you that they factor in the up-front load on their underwriting and  likely will overcome that up front load.

I had an appraisal done for the refinance and it came back at 515k which seemed pretty good. now I have been in the home for a year so I can start renting it out for a decent amount of money that would pay the mortgage and I would get about 600 in rental income on top of paying the mortgage.
