@Somesh MukherjeeIf you are looking at investing in the cleveland market I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

It's been burning a few people lately, and that's why I definitely dont recommend it.

BiggerPockets also has a calculator to analyze deals, and I highly recommend you start this as soon as possible, even if you are not ready to buy.

I made a fair size claim last year and it paid off pretty painlessly except for the 90 day lag. highly recommend them.If I had used a regular home owners policy with and STR addendum I'm pretty sure it would not have covered my particular issue.

I recommend finding ones who are licensed, experienced in house flipping themselves, don't allow JVs,  and are actually selling to end buyers instead of other wholesalers.
