I would also suggest filling in everything on your profile.

On your profile put your location. 1-Get a great Realtor. 2-Get a great Contractor3- look at properties. 4-Save your down payment money 5- Get your credit rating cleaned up.

Your profile mentions doing a 'live-in-flip'.You would want to work with a CPA that is knowledgeable of real estate and also has a good understanding of section 121 which allows you to exclude some gain from the sale of a personal residence.

Once again, a brand new high-end (GE Profile model) DW#3 - One of the water heaters went out and within a couple days it was fixed (new thermostat)My co-pay was $85 each for all three of the above.....for about $3000+ worth of product and labor.

I could be wrong, but that is the way i read his responses and I simply went to his profile and read his exact posts without all the rest of the thread.For reference since Jay mentioned it, REI at one point was completing 82 properties monthly with a high of 112 closed transactions in one month.
