We were inspired, though, by Paul Graham’s essay Do Things That Don’t Scale , which is a cogent argument for using founder time in the early stages to perfect systems before temporal demands grow such that that focus is no longer an option.This year we are taking that advice to heart by focusing wholly on what we personally can do to ensure that our prospecting, acquisition, and project execution machinery is firing on all cylinders. 

I was wondering if I could shoot a question out there to the forum and ask what the best MBA for real estate abs investing would be?

I recently got accepted into an MBA program.

Instead of stopping there and then, the tenant wrote another LONG essay fully aware that I was out of country and couldn't do much.

Thank you Shane,I see what you're saying about taking a trade instead of traditional college to gain experience, but in my case I know what I'm pursuing in college, that being my MBA in Business.
