Its so ridiculous he wants to blow out off proportion, We already spent a lot to pay the tree guy to cut down so i just want to find if there is a legit site regarding the trees law.  

That's a lot to pay for a property that you definitely will need to pour additional capital into.

My inquiry had more to do with how to analyze the worthiness of a lot to build on rather than what can be built.

Then on top of that you have cash reserves required by the bank (typically few months of mortgage payments cash).1k isn't a lot to someone making 200k for example, it's probably worth their time to pay that and do what they're already doing.

I’m good at Tiling and really like it actually, I CAN do a lot of the work, but 2300 sqft is quite a lot to tackle alone.

I have a lot to learn for sure, but am trying to pursue this.
