It would be nice to have a text app where if I am selling a couple of properties and I get text inquiries about the properties, the text app automatically sends the person phone number to a google spreadsheet.

I made inquiry 1 hour ago 5 am PST still no reply back from agents but then again I suppose most agents are not working between 5 and 6 am like I am  LOL... there was another young man in this market that did something similar it was more of a help you sell model.. but this one has agents helping..Many brokerages in our city won't allow dual agency.. and boy do you have to be careful when your doing this on the fiducerey side..

So I do the address LOE, the credit inquiry LOE, the YTD P&L and balance statement, all that stuff, and just send it to be signed by the borrower after they "check for accuracy and revise as needed" (95% of borrowers just sign whatever the heck I write, so to the best of my knowledge my imagination is correct 95% of the time as indicated by those signatures).
