@Norb Schneider Not very familiar with those markets, but I've been through Franklin a few times and it seems like a vibrant place (attended a film festival in town).

That’s how they get to be felons- habitually making poor decisions. 

We've got proximity to the mountain, 300 days of sun, great beer, legal weed, an awesome food scene, beautiful parks, tons of little neighborhoods with their own commercial strip, and a diversified economy that seems to continue to attract businesses and therefore jobs and therefore people that make for a vibrant city.

I have sent emails after emails stating the  extreme nuisance.That corrupt fraudulent manager is a huge habitual liar.

One I contacted, is habitually late then forgot to send me an estimate, the other wants $100K.

 - WeirdCRM seemed to be a bit more robust than other software.NO hands on demo, only a guided presentation... no matter how often I asked, they had a sales rebuttal every time.Pros: Color Scheme felt a bit more vibrant and lively.In house integration as a single solution - why pay for multiple software.What am I asking from the BP community is if you have any experience raising capital on any other platform and what your feedback would be. 

Since we are full at all of our locations, any habitual lates we are having move out or have a significant rent increase.

Still, if you expect me to treat a tenant that has paid rent on time and taken care of our property for 5 years the same way as a tenant that is habitually late and not communicating with us, I will tell you that is a bad long-term business strategy.

One block can be very vibrant with occupied properties and homeownership, and the block around the corner can be completely distressed.
