I do feel like Haverhill is much in the "path of progress" than comparable areas like Lowell and Lawrence, so it's a city on my radar for sure.

I feel as though it is still very early times for Bitcoin and you won't find many if any lending institutions that will recognize Bitcoin in that way.

However, all properties in the funds are stable and we still feel pretty confident that things will pan out well.Our biggest gamble in all of our investing was with Goodegg.
