It does look like the new one is a hair higher than the old one in the installed picture there.

You are splitting hairs just to save a few bucks off for tax deductions in my opinion. 

Gosh I just had my hair cut there 2 weeks ago! 

I've also acted as buyer agent for family and friends.I got interested in real estate from watching an infomercial by a silver haired gentleman in Florida (can't remember his name) and got side-tracked into getting a license and going into property management!

My husband recently left his family's large commercial paint contracting business and is going to hair school (which completes this time next year, hence why we are waiting).

Meanwhile you're pulling your hair out because you're losing money every day and bringing someone new on will cost a bundle.I'd much rather give my job on a handshake to a contractor that I know and trust than give it to a stranger (regardless of his references) using the most airtight contract in the world.
