I had a friend who used to put chips on the appliances so if the home was vandalized he would find out where they took his appliances.I believe appliances, paint buckets, left over material should never being in my homes while is for KEYANY showing.

If you want to remove the piece from the cement, make sure the inside of the post is fairly clean and not filled w/ rust and dirt, then with a chisel, (or power chipping hammer) "GENTLY" fold the old post into the hole in the middle, it should loosen up and be able to be pulled out.

Curt – Probably not what you wanted to hear regarding the private water and sewer, but perhaps that’s a bargaining chip to get this at a price worth having to pay a park manager who is certified to operate the WW and WS (his salary about 7% of park expenses with another 3% going towards WW and WS testing and septic tank cleaning 6 times a year).If just under 4% of annual expenses are from “American Electric Power” I assume the park owner is paying.
