It's almost cowardly, hiding thousands of miles away in a secure roon sitting in a big comfy chair and pressing a button and blowing the enemy away.Warfare has always been personal, now it's surgical, without risk.I'm all for military technology and any means necessary to limit losses to our side.

And not any other asset class like parking, surgical centers, gas stations, campgrounds, restaurants, non-grocery anchored retail center, industrial, etc?

I'm doing this right now with a surgical fellow and its nice because airbnb isn't taking a cut.

Now, some with STR will suffer, yup, 100%, and those who have a STR strategy for placement in near radius of a regional hospital with a major surgical facet, with limited near hotel/motel or housing offerings, that STR will stand unaffected at all.

Might be a little weird if you come up to a house wearing a surgical mask, lol.

Think dental, surgical, urgent care, and other types of office and retail.
