utf8...There is only a bare sprinkling of negative opinions on the subject. 

In addition, some clients prefer sprinkled, and some say Absolutely not ( threat of burning, vs. threat of false alarms drowning and ruining all their documents).  

While there are still some blue collar, lower wage earners sprinkled thorough these neighborhoods, this is a high to moderate income level community. 

I always try to be on the side of the angels, but a deal that can pass the Doom-and-Gloom test is usually much more solid than one that depends on unicorns and candy sprinkles aligning with the planets. 

Ceiling painter acts more watery and WILL splatter/sprinkle around and show up on walls, at least some of the cheaper ones I have worked with.

Lastly, I always give new tenants a welcome letter which details all of of the expectations such as how to contact the landlord, their rent obligation/how to pay rent, and any other details you want to sprinkle in. 

You'd be in a better position to view properties and could focus on developing one strong team instead of sprinkling your efforts over a wide area.

I may have a property "wishlist" of additional features/amenities, but those are sprinkles on top of the important stuff (the criteria I NEED for the property).EDIT: I realized I should clarify what "broad" is in terms of a search... price range, area, bed / bath requirements, square footage, things like that.
