Agree with everyone else - Install a nice pre-fab vanity, tasteful mirror, add a nice light fixture, and slap a coat of paint on the wall.

Interest in purchasing a small farm to open a wine tasting room and outdoor event space.

That will help narrow down the questions - if an investment you'll focus on the high tourist area with major airports flying in/out, good local transportation system, less than an hour drive from the airport, a low crime rate etc.If personal then you'll look for an environment that suits your taste (tropical, party central, secluded, dive-friendly, luxury, affordable etc).Almost every island I've visited has realtors from America who decided to setup shop there and help out-of-state investors purchase property.

Yeah ok....Let's see I house engineers with Honeywell, 3m, Cargill, Semens......

So for me that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Keep it more neutral with natural oak colored woods and whites or off whites and let the buyer add their own taste of color from there. 

There are two peas in a pod, but they taste different.

But I don't think that speaking bad of an entire tenant pool is in good taste, or advice for investors in a prime location to rent to this group.
