Owners are unloading their STRs due to over saturation in this market.  

You really target that in major metros as saturation has not picked up--Huntsville is not one.  

Also Texas appears to be saturated with inventory and more being built.

I am at a crossroads on what to do about this one, but hopefully the market saturation from competitor assets in Katy, TX dries up.

My thought is that the people that ARE using it for lead gen/outreach, automation etc. will keep the methods to themselves until the advantage of early adoption is done and that business segment is saturated, then they will sell courses to everybody else..

If it was ripped like the one in the pic, no wonder why it didn't taste tender enough - too much muscle and not enough fat. 

Is the market truly as promising as it seems, or are things over saturation?

Yes good markets are over saturated.

Some towns require a nightly online form to be filled out for any non-residents who are parking their cars (this is easily automated from an operational standpoint).As the MTR market becomes saturated over time, those who have separated themselves from the rest of the "competition" will continue to perform well by having an outstanding listing and all the MTR-specific amenities.

When things outside of our control as investors change, (macro-economic factors, saturation, disposable income etc.) and there is no safety net, that's when investors can get really hurt.
