You join the spreadsheet (table) to a geometry (property boundary, blocks, etc), then you visualize the data with a logical color scheme.

Private Money is simply money from a non-institutional source...such as someone lending out of their personal IRA or from their savings. 

Personally, I advocate for a long-term investment strategy and would recommend investing the funds, provided you are comfortable with the expected return on investment over time.

This works, but is VERY manual and I'd love to bring some automation to the table.
