This is something that we will not tolerate as we would not expect our investors to tolerate it from us.In regards to the offense you took in us giving you your stats on income we did not mean for this to irritate you or be unprofessional in any way.

We have had a few hiccups along the way, however, the thing that has irritated me the most thus far is the highly recommended hardwood floor company we hired.

That just irritates them. 

The good tenant's lease is almost up and I know he's just as irritated being their neighbor.

Had some other guys that didn't want to pay their full rent, and were being generally irritating. 

As you know, the Pittsburgh standard treatment that tenants get here is having a thick lease thrown at them by a property manager or landlord who looks at their watch and sighs in irritation if the tenant should have the temerity to want to actually read what they're signing.

I've found way more note deals in the past month or two than I have money to buy and I don't have a fund.Sorry I don't mean to be harsh it has just been irritating me lately.

If the PM  has to ask the owner fore permission for an expense every time, it can delay the repair, irritate the tenant, and make it difficult for the PM to retain tenants and uphold a certain standard of service.  

Thelonious JonesWhile I do not recall any real fears about becoming a landlord, there are things about which you become more relaxed (or desensitized) as time goes on.In the beginning, I use to get too irritated by messy/dirty/careless tenants, particularly in freshly rehabbed units.
