I've had other agents bring totally unqualified prospects and get irritated when I wanted to do a background check.

He explained that it was mostly behavioral attitude: cussing him, bugging and irritating him with the silliest demands for repairs, holding rent ransom for up to two weeks for no good reason...

Another year or so.I guess I'm not really surprised, just irritated. maybe a little offended.

However, that said, I find myself particularly irritated at the lack of concern for a sale that i get from all the realtors that i have dealt with.

Now - that might get a response, but I'm pretty sure it would irritate the negotiator....lol.

Just be excited to learn, no matter how irritating and comical the requests get.

As a seller, I would be pretty irritated if a buyer agent left a buyer and inspector alone in my house.  

Not sure how you'd feel but if l said yes it would irritate me so much everyday after.
