After attending one of his introductory seminars, my interest in real estate was heightened, I read every book I could on real estate and joined the local RAND Club, which eventually joined with another club to for the RICH club in Houston Texas (still one of the most successful clubs with over 1000 members.

Net debtor as a result of borrowing is a large hedge against dollar deflation due to unsound fiscal policy in this country which I believe will inevitably lead to heightened inflation and low real borrowing costs because inflation tax stealing is easier than confiscation of income by the government3.

That heightens the interest of the "professional", as it threatens almost everything near and dear to a professional criminal.Oddly enough, when the gov't does a refi of 30MM to 38MM just to get an additional 8MM they didn't need, then WE get to pay higher interest on the total new bond, folks get kinda testy when some idiot points it out in a few public meetings.

Even more if there is a second floor.But if the ceilings are habitable, but low, 7-8ft tall everywhere, I do not know of a situation that would make it worth trying to heighten them if the height is determined by structural components.
