Hello BPers,I've built many lists (pre-foreclosure, absentee, probate) and am in the beginning stages of send out mailings to them; testing out the waters to see if these hand made lists work.

I do a yellow hand made, hand written post card that says "Hi, my name is Derek and I'm really interested in buying your house on (insert address) street.

What makes one person good at selling hand-made jewelry on ebay is no guarantee of success in the rental biz.

Please don't paint it, many people will think it looks cheap and tacky but nobody would ever look at a hand made wall and say "that looks cheap and tacky"
