Remember, people only think of lies on the surface level, if you ask a few specific questions about their process you can see if they're BSing you or not.

@Andy Ptak when jumping into the industry you have a few choices:1) Start at the bottom2) Leverage your experience to convince someone to give you a chance3) Decide between:--- Big companies who will usually start you at the bottom--- Small companies that will more like to a chance on hiring you for an above entry level position.

Which could be an open space Medical Equipment rental business, down to a Dentist's office with multiple room utility hookups.You're going have to vet this to a lower level of discussion anyways. 

Always recommend local (or at least some level of boots on the group).

@Agnes Shin I would be careful of this as i know when i was using go high level i forgot to add my opt out into the first message.

It also requires gaining a level of sophistication and knowledge that not everyone has the time, inclination or ability to do.

I teach aspiring financial planners at the graduate level at Golden Gate University and often hear this sort of sales pitch for IULs, Infinite Banking, etc. 

I’ve been in the real estate business as a broker, helping clients buy and sell homes, but I’m looking to take things to the next level by diving deeper into investing.
