LOC on rentals evaporated with the bank explosions in 2006.  

Is this explosion of apartments, high influx of people, and low supply spilling over into other areas....Fort Collins, Colorado springs, etc..?

We were in Cupertino just 12 months before the explosion on values took place and it never came down. 

This market is definitely hot, but the surrounding markets don't seem to be quite as explosive yet.

I considered it, but both of my 4plexes make solid long term holds in an area of seattle going through a nice explosion. 

As a kid my brother and the other boys in my neighborhood would watch A-team and MacGyver because they realised that there was always component left out when they would construct their diversions and explosions.

A guard is a trained professional who also has a responsibility to detect and report catastrophes such as fire, explosions or riots.

Of course I live here and see it first hand being an investor and property manager so I may be in a fish bowl, but there is certainly some serious committed investors here taking great advantages of the explosive growth here in Houston.
