I dont know if Zoysia will grow in Houston, but I like it because it is a very low maintenance lawn....though it is yellow in the winter when it goes dormant.

So I realize this post has been dormant for a few months but better than starting a new topic...In particular @Matt,  because you brought up the 'out-dated' issue, but also @Belinda and @John, because you seem to be familiar with the materials: Now, with implementation of DF and SAFE what is lost or missing now in a qualitative sense and how best to recognize the out-datedness and supplement.Thanks.

The POU only heats when needed & once the on-demand kicks in it remains dormant until there is a temp surge.

I just found out that if I don't make a transaction at least once every 60 days, they may make the account "dormant" for inactivity.  

I live in New Orleans  you are talking to the wrong bank. you need to find a local credit union, small bank and a smart guy in charge of business development. sit down talk ...and you should soon release 110K in the form of equity line of credit. you pay interest only when you draw, otherwise the loan sits dormant and money is always available. ohhh in case you get sued on lose ..record of deeds show almost no equity in the house ;-) since the credit line is recorded as a mortgage. 

@Pam Rice - bed bugs can lay dormant for close to a year without feeding.

The rental market is tough but not dormant either.
