I currently live in Colorado and I have run into a huge obstacle preventing me from being approved to buy out of state. 

About 3 year ago had 1st floor washroom redone everything brand new recently have noticed in the garden washroom water stains ask about any water issue was tolled no so I went to look over the washroom theres crack grout between the tub and tile where water must of been sipping threw also water damage on the vanity doors and towel rack missing was tolled not installed correctly contact my handyman looked over the damages forward the price tenants says it's not there fault I was tolled to installed splash guards help prevent from water falling out the tub but since it was not  installed from the beginning it's not tenants fault they don't want to take responsibility 

The goal is to give CRE professionals more accurate pre-construction cost estimates and prevent costly surprises.I’d love to hear from the seasoned developers here:How are you currently handling site cost estimation, and what’s missing?

We were hoping for another 5-star to start with an official 5-star review but we got the review that kills, a 4-star bringing us down to 4.67 below the direct competition and also with a content that I think could prevent further bookings.

This is a great look cost preventative maintenance thing It also allows you to "inspect" your property periodically
