Also try to get a guage on how much people are out and about and living on their front porches. 

Could I 1031 exchange on the sale of the quick resale of the foreclosure to buy other investments or would I be excluded from the 1031 exchange as a "dealer"?

Seems like everyone chooses Arizona 😂 but I am 100% sure assisted living is needed in Georgia too.

We do co-living for the main stream. 

Currently living in this till the summer of 2025.

Just because someone messed up one time doesnt mean they have to be that label for the rest of their lives.

I am planning on living in the house next year and renting out the other rooms (3 bed 2 bath).
