So many "investors" bury themselves in complex, expensive situations to protect themselves from some unknown threat to their non-existent business.Figure out if you have any shooting skills (or even enjoy the game) before spending money on $600 Nikes or an indoor basketball court. 

What are they asking you to put in instead, a park, basketball hoops, a skating rink, a police station maybe. 

How could you not like the Cavs right now, they're the best team in basketball and a lot fun to watch.  

I guess it is because I grew up being a basketball player that I am willing to be coached and hear buyers out.

I am a 37 year old high school basketball coach that is not very happy with where I am financially and am seeking a way out of living paycheck to paycheck.

not sure if you are familiar with basketball but it is alot like the spurs offense. meaning the system works if you trust the process. my uncle has everything set up. contractors, know how, experience, tenant screening. management. so i will integrate into his system and learn it to replicate it like Steve Kerr did for the WarriorsYes, I am - The Big Fundamental was a great power forward!
