My deep connections and relationships in the KC metro helps as I actively source off-market opportunities, analyze and walk deals to present to the investors I work with. I have experience with a variety of funding structures including cash, conventional, creative, seller-financing and 1031 Exchange. My background in Project Management provides additional benefits to out-of-state and local clients that need boots-on-the-ground support to manage their projects. I have extensive experience sourcing land for new development and the necessary due diligence process. This includes Phase 1 Environmental Assessments (ESA), land surveys, lot consolidation and lot splits, interviewing builders and contractors and working with local municipalities. Through this I have built strong strategic and reliable relationships with various service providers including inspectors, lenders, title, contractors, trades-professionals and more. Above all, I am deeply passionate about the power of relationships over transactions. To me, real estate is about so much more than just buying or selling a property. It's about working with clients I love, learning new processes and having a whole lot of fun along the way.
