So not sure if lot of ppl know but some religious groups specially Muslims avoid borrowing money on interest due to religious reasons. We have banks that take of our home financing needs either on profit loss sharing or equity buyback program. I’m super excited to go in multi family investments but not sure if I can avoid borrowing on interest , I’m open to all other investment options that are equity based. would really appreciate if someone can help understand as if there is a way we can open up these programs to lots of individuals . Soecifically interested in mentishio programs.
