I feel like you've mentioned this before but how do you know.... "if you build it, they will come?" I get doing your research and making sure the market is there but how do you ever know for sure its there until after you've built? I guess building in phases helps to mitigant some of that risk but at the same time while you have land being moved and foundations/roads being poured it seems to make sense to do quite a bit at the same time?!
