Hi joshua,
I will still be based in uk .I plan to come over to the usa on a buying trip.I will just buy one property to start ,but if everything works out I will buy a lot more. What sort of net returns could I expect on single family houses?
Is investment in USA real estate a good idea?Or am I mad?I think what I need is a good property mentor to guide me through the process. Can you recomend one?

Regards

Hi Tracey,

Great minds think alike!
I am also interested in investing in dallas property. It would be good to be able to share info with you.
I was thinking perhaps the best way to do this would be to find a real estate mentor in dallas who could help to purchase real estate.
I will contact you further when I have more information.

Regards

Hi there,Thanks for letting me join your forum.
After 10 years investing in uk property,I want to start investing in usa.I have done some research on the net.I thought dallas texas could be a good place to start.Although I am open to other ideas.
I am in this long term .Perhaps up to 10 years.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated
