Thank you all for you help and advice, I sent the letter giving him a number of days to respond before taking legal action. I'm also going to fly out there by next weekend. I will keep you all posted and will expose them once I get a clearer picture of what's going on. Don't want to add heat to the fire. Btw, I met this person on bigger pockets.

Calling on the Bigger Pocket Family for Help!

We have a property in Indiana, that we purchased back in February, we hired someone to do the flip for us and wired them the amount to rehab it. We've only had limited contact with them and to date have not received any pictures or updates on the property. The only thing we know is that they purchased all the materials and hired contractors to do the work, but nothing has been done. Need advice ASAP on what I should do next to ensure we are protected.

Hey everyone, looking for some insight/info on 203k loans. Once you close and renovation is in progress, do you immediately start making mortgage payments or do they wait until construction is done?
