Don't pay a cent on mentors or systems until you have exhausted all free avenues for information, ie this website, etc. Understanding information that is out there will make it much easier for you to know where you want to invest your money later.  Best of luck!!

@Matthew Watson you can link up carrot sites and other lead sources pretty easily which is nice. I was using pipedrive before, which  is fine and the cost is very low.  If you are looking for a crm system only and you are tech savvy enough to program the automation component to it, that could be a good option for you also.

I don't think an agent can be a part of wholesaling other people's contracts?? You theoretically could have an agent work for you handling your sides of a simultaneous close. Personally, I'd hire a non licensed person with real estate transaction experience to be my acquisition/disposition specialist if I were trying to farm out that part of the business
