Hi Bigger Pockets Community!

I'm new here and to Real Estate. A family member of mine has a condo that the monthly association fees's are a bit behind. Say 4 or 5 months behine.  I was wondering what's the procedure in Illinois with something like this?

Hi Cheryl, I worked at Section 8 for over 10 years and still have several connections here in Chicago. You cannot rent to family members that are on the program. A lot of people do but be careful because all it takes is one person to call and report you. Good Luck! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey BP Community! I'm so happy to stumble upon such a beautiful community. So I'm a total noob, stating listening to bigger pockets and became crazy inspired. So here's my story... I'm taking care of my Aunt (poa) She owns a condo and i don't know what to do with it. I can't rent it out and seems no one want's to buy it. 2 more condos in the same complex have been on the market for a while now.

I don't know what to do. Can someone guide me on where to start?

Thanks

I'm interested in learning more about wholesaling,  multi-unit investing and buy and hold.
