Thank you Charles, I appreciate everything you mentioned here and the purpose of my post was to see if there was someone in my area here on BP. I plan to seek out other local investors by other means as well, my hope is to connect with those that are willing to share their knowledge and experiences. I'm always on my guard for the sales pitch of those that are out to make a buck from me. I guard my finances quite closely. I will take your advice and be careful, and look forward to hearing from you again in BP.

I am looking to get some advice on finding investor friendly attorneys, real estate agents, title companies and any other important people I'll need to establish business relations with to do real estate investing. I'm mainly going to focus on wholesaling and tax liens for starters so any of the above mentioned people in my area that you could recommend I'd certainly appreciate it. I plan to attend local meetups and REI meetings to network other investors but thought I get the conversation started here. Any advice will certainly be appreciated

Got a second home renting out with problem tenant, wanting to evict and put in place new tenant under lease option. what's the quickest way to get the one out and the new tenant in?
