I had a feeling the answer was that there is no answer, so thank you for clarifying that for me I appreciate it! As a side question then along the same lines even though there is no clear age demographic have you noticed who occupies most of the market share between Individuals, REITs, funds, and new investors?

Hey Everyone, I have just recently entered into the Multi-Family real estate world and am curious your thoughts on the current and future demographic of investors.

Is there currently a clear main age demographic of individuals that are purchasing multi-family property and has there been any recent indication on a shift in the future of who will be investing in these properties?
