@Walter Boyd

I am an Agent in Washington State and active duty myself. I could start an MLS search for them and assist in any way I can. PM me if you want me to start a search.

Peter,

We are in a Sellers market, especially in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma area. Shortage of inventory and rising prices allow for less room to reduce prices from REO's, Auctions and especially retail.

Pierce county (Tacoma) as a whole is amazing right now.  The capitol (Olympia) is only a 45 min drive south and King county (Seattle) is 45 min drive north. If you decided to come this way and need an Agent, GC and Design or getting set up at the auction, I can help you with those.

Puyallup is amazing. We live there and are currently doing our second remodel their.

There are still a lot of area's to invest in within Pierce county. Auburn, Bonney Lake, Edgewood, Fife, Graham, Milton, Orting, Sumner to name a few.

Is correct, there are a lot of properties throughout Kitsap County that are great buys. Seattle market is overflowing into both counties.

I have not done a lot of research into this matter, I have had a few companies try to recruit me, but I did not interview them. So I recommend you research and get a set of questions that pertain to what you are looking for. Once you have your questions, interview a few companies. Remember, all companies want you to work for them.

Also check to see if Eugene or the county/state have a buyers assistance program. Up here in Pierce county Washington/Tacoma they give down payment assistance to those who make $39,000 or less a year. Check with your local mortgage companies.
