@Barbara G., Man I thought I was the only one doing this lol! Cause I see posts on here for sub 30k houses and I am like shoot I get them for sub 10k lol….you’re right man it’s a gold mine….I posted a sign in the yard and on Facebook and got a ton of calls. I am glade there’s people out here to back me up on this so that people don’t think I am trolling. One of the two houses I have under contract now only cost me $3,500 and it’s already rented before I got the keys or did any work to it.
