@Sherry McQuage to not have listened to myself or others and bought heavily in 2009. I was 23 and had other goals, but would be much better off at the moment if I had.

@Amy Miller I’d say MMA. You get beat up as a newbie, and even as a seasoned investor, but when you win, you win big

@Jim K. A wise investor once told me, that your best bet is most definitely to spend 100% of your findings on scratchers. He’s homeless now but that’s besides the point. Shoot for the stars Jim! Or at least shoot for your local liquor store!

@Shiloh Lundahl if I would have waited to build up $20k I would have never pulled the trigger on a cheaper FHA property that turned out to be a HUGE step towards my other properties which have in turn created a life for me I never thought possible.

@Jaron Walling I think your best bet would be to quit your job and try and squatting in vacant properties until you can steal the property from the homeowner. But don’t ever give up, squat with all your heart and keep your nose to the squatting grindstone. Also, if you do come up on some money, your best Investment bet would be to buy a boat. It’ll help with commuting through the city

@Aaron Bonne realistically, to be financially free, my number would be about $8k to $10k per month. Number I truly want, $8billion to $10billion per month. Shouldn’t be too hard right?

@Jess White my 401k is how Ive bought the last two properties, and without it I’d be much further behind. Love it. Can’t stress enough to contribute, especially if your employer matches.

@Jonathan Greer might be my mild anger issues but I’d be throwing every legal issue back at him with every inch of my would until the go crawling back licking their wounds. Buuut... the logical part of my says wait for the survey, and once you have it, put some earphones in and get to cutting everything in site you want cut. Why the earphone? To drown out all the crying and complaining you’ll hear from them. Tough Sh@t, they’re your trees.

@Frankie Betancourt if you’re getting a mortgage and not buying outright, you’re only creating debt for yourself. So the banks would see that you’ve just taken out a ton of debt on your credit card, and you can’t use loan money for a down payment. Even though you technically sold the item, you also technically bought the item, so it’s a wash
