@Adam Horowitz

Please advise who these professional companies are who can secure suitably qualified individuals ( I’m reading as code for high FICO ?) higher limits than can be attained by applying for business cards and lines yourself......I’m at a loss to understand who these mystery secret credit card companies are that are so generous with their limits......that people keep alluring to as if it’s some exclusive gentleman’s club........but nobody ever names ?

For loans that are not subject to the current rules, you need to look at alternates like Hard Money, Private Money, unsecured lines of credit, and even credit cards with enough of a cash limit to do deals.  Those rates will be higher than a bank mortgage.

I would pay higher for money that can be accessed without having to jump through all the hoops of getting a bank mortgage.

Ok I get that, use easier to get credit , although at a higher rate , to get off the ground....makes sense and was the route I was going anyway !

Thanks for insight

@Eric Pinkney

Capital One & Discovery report to personal, all the other big names do not, they all require good personal scores though, & are not as easy to get as folk claim !

As someone mentioned above, is there a way to collate 2 or 3 lower priced purchases into one loan ?

@Donald D Michna thanks , if you come across any good examples please forward... I appreciate what you are all saying, better stock is a better bet, but any area or market is a risk, claImIng to know It is foolish............................2008 can happen again, and I would say it’s more likely to happen than not .... When/ if it does......your $100k property tenants are probably more likely to lose their jobs than the $20k tenants........

@Kerry Baird Thank you for taking the time to write all that..... Yes there are differences, but a lot of it it typical American complication for the sake of it, and terms that don’t immediately mean the same in English ! I got to where my UK banks would give me 50% of anything I bought with a “drive by” valuation, if I wanted more there was paperwork involved Is would appear finance is easier to obtain in the US , once you decipher the lingo.... Thanks again
