@Luke Grogan - and don't overlook the fact that [in time] . . . one of the VA's could be producing the video's and document tutorials for you too. We're working on this presently.
I also wanted to add something to the discussion - possibly others may wish to add their own comments regarding online resources for VA's.
We've been using Upwork.com for some time now (we have a great lady VA, sourced from Upwork, working from the Philippines doing our follow ups and Podio work) , and wanted to hire another for marketing, and decided to try another online resource.
We posted identical ads in 3 "alternate" online sites: Freelancer.com, Fiverr & Guru.com. Freelancer.com ads resulted in about 4 responses overall, none of the applicants, met our requirements - Fiverr, we had 8 responses and will shortly be interviewing one of the applicants. Guru.com resulted in the most responses, but minimum prices on here were around $8 per hour. When I asked one of the applicants about their rate, they stated that Guru.com restrict their ads to a minimum of $8 per hour.
Subsequently, I'm interviewing the 3 "Guru.com" applicants via their profiles on Upwork where they've been adverting for much lower rates.
I'd be interested in other members experiences and similar comments.
